Ofcourse,theroadwasn'talwayseasy.ThereweretimeswhenIdoubtedmyselfandmyabilities.Therewererejectionsandsetbacksalongtheway.ButeverytimeIfacedachallenge,Iremindedmyselfofthatmomentinthemeditationworkshop,whereeverythingbecameclear.

Italsotaughtmethepowerofmeditationandmindfulness.Sincethatday,Ihavemadeitapointtomeditateregularlyandfocusonlivinginthepresentmoment.Ithelpsmestaygroundedandcentered,evenwhenthingsgethectic.

Butmostofall,thatmomenttaughtmethatlifeisfullofsurprisesandunexpectedtwistsandturns.Weneverknowwhat'saroundthecorner,butifwestayopentothepossibilities,wemightjuststumbleuponourtruecalling.

It'seasytogetcaughtupintheday-to-daystrugglesandforgetaboutthebiggerpicture.Butifwetakethetimetopauseandreflect,wemightjustfindtheanswerswe'relookingfor.
